Ordered replacement high backs for my switchbacks after losing them. First set never arrived even though FedEx claimed they were delivered. Bataleon sent a new set and were super responsive and helpful through my email exchange with them.

Amazing customer care

I had my board show a little delamination in the nose, it showed up after just a couple days of riding. I knew that if i didnt do anything my board wouldn't last the season. In just a couple days, the warranty team granted my request, i had a new board shipped out super quick. amazing
